Tree of Goals assists you to achieve your goals to the best of your abilities.

We have a fantastic service that can assist you with everyday life activities such as personal care, domestic cleaning, meal preparation and community access. Our team works with you to help build and expand on your current skill set.

Tree of Goals focuses on self advocacy, confidence and independence in each individual, by working together we cannot just improve your daily life but also expand all the opportunities out there.

Tree of Goals offers a range of services aimed at assisting you in the best way possible.  

Community Participation

Tree of Goals runs an exceptional Saturday excursion program. Every Saturday, Tree of Goals will take out a group of participants to both explore and go on educational trips to fantastic locations. Some of these locations include Taronga Zoo, Sydney Wild Life, and even all the way to Canberra to see the tulip garden! With many more groups throughout the week to help everyone make friends, work on communication skills, develop interpersonal skills, and much more.

Our friendly team is never taking you to the same location twice, helping you travel and explore the world around you.

We understand how important it is to feel empowered and independent, to have inclusion within your community and build friendships. Our friendly support workers will work with you to get you involved with social groups, pursue activities, and improve skills that are of your most interest.

With our group activities, you can explore the lovely environment around you, make friends, and expand your confidence. This might include:

  • Fitness Classes
  • Painting & Beading
  • Road Trips
  • Movie dates
  • And much more!

We always encourage self-advocacy during our excursions to help build confidence.

Travel & Transport Assistance

We understand that your disability makes it uncomfortable or
impossible for you to access public transport. To assist we can provide assistance
for travel and transport. We can provide you a support worker to drive you around or accompany you out into the community.

We assist you with travel and transport to help you travel around the community, get to your desired locations and most importantly help you with community appointments. 

If your disability makes your traveling hard but you would like to learn how to travel independently.

Tree of Goals works closely with you to train and teach you how to travel independently and educate you about road safety.

Our goal is to make you overcome these challenges and make you to live as independently as possible. 

Allied Health

We work closely with amazing Allied Health providers that are NDIS approved and trusted. They can provide you with support to help you live independently and anonymously. Our Allied Health team assists you from getting the correct equipment to ensuring your life is as healthy as possible both mentally and physically. ‘Our allied health team members include :-

  • Psychologists
  • Physiotherapists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Speech Therapists
  • Psychologists

The highly qualified team can provide you with both therapeutic and non-therapeutic support, that are customised for your special needs. These professionals are trained to meet your needs and can provide you with a short- or long-term support in the place you feel comfortable with.

Tree of Goals and the Allied Health team work together work in partnership to give you the best results you deserve.

Interpreting and Translation Services

If English isn’t your first or strongest language then Tree of Goals can help! To ensure  you make the right decision for yourself, Tree of Goals can assist with providing you a qualified interpreter and/or translator to help you with anything, from medical appointments to paperwork, mail, and much more! Whether it’s over the phone or face-to-face.

Our multicultural staff speaks different languages such as Dutch, Arabic, Spanish, Assyrian, and much more.

Household task assistance

It is scientifically proven that having a clean home can lower stress levels, reduce fatigue, improve safety and in general make you feel much better!

Tree of Goals can assist you in a range of domestic activities such as mopping, tidying, vacuuming, linen services, and even yard maintenance!

Tree of Goals also provide pest control, carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning and wall cleaning

Personal Activity Assistance

Our experienced support workers aim to make your life as comfortable as possible.

Our support workers will assist you with daily life tasks such as showering, toileting, feeding, dressing and whatever it is you need to get ready.

We also work with you to teach you new daily skills to help you become as independent as possible.

Life Skills Development

Tree of Goals staff members are consistently encouraging positive and independent behaviour. Our support workers are here to help you with the development of both basic and complex life skills that you can utilise everyday.

Tree of Goals develop personalised support plans that allow us to help you reach your goals, ensure your needs and desires are met!

We encourage all of our participants to learn, build and grow on daily skills that can help them be as independent as possible.

Our support workers can assist you with:

  • Making your own bed
  • Doing Laundry
  • Washing dishes
  • Cooking meals
  • Cleaning and much more!

Community Nursing Care

Tree of Goals Community Nursing care services can provide you with a registered nurse in your own home that will assist your clinical needs for nursing or personal care activities. Our qualified nurses are fully trained in providing the services that include:

  • Discharge from hospital
  • Injuries along with personal care
  • Wound management
  • Medication management  


Daily tasks and shared living

We understand it can be hard living on your own, that’s why Tree of Goals will be there every step of the way!

Whether you live in shared accommodation or just on your own, Tree of Goals will work with you to develop basic life skills such as:

  • Cooking on your own
  • Focusing on your healthy mental development
  • Working on your independence 
  • Having assistance and/or supervisions to complete those activities
